I was in for a hysterectomy, and had to be in at 5:30 am. I was emotional and anxious about having the procedure done. Everyone from the front reception, to the prep, operating room, recovery room, and to the medical assistant that wheeled me out the door, was kind and professional. Thank you to the entire staff.

Worst 3rd world healthcare ever! 7 hours in the ER! Really? Why don't you train your staff to be honest with people on your wait times? Could've been to Harborview and back faster if your staff was honest about the wait time. Dirty and disgusting. Not enough seats. People's puke bowls laying all over. Disgusting! You should be embarrassed!

Friendly, answered questions as well and as thorough as they could, made us all comfortable including their patient our daughter. Unfortunately the 2 crisis counselors needed to get their own emotions and issues in check and not treat people like it was their past situations but what was immediately in front of ... read more

We went to the ER a few nights ago my daughter in law is in the early stage of pregnancy and started bleeding vaginally. The staff was great but we got there just after 9 pm and checked in just after 10pm had to wait until after 12:30 to get a room and see the Dr the wait was crazy long. All we had done was a ultrasound and a pelvic check and a few fluids and didn't get discharged till after 3:30am. Crazy thing was the waiting area was not even very full when we got there and when we finally got back to a room they seemed to... read more
