From check in through check out, the staff was wonderful. They were very quick, efficient and caring. I went in with a 103 temp that I had over a 24 hour period and didn't know if my battle with breast cancer had anything to do with this. After X-rays & blood work thankfully anything to serious was eliminated. Turned out I was their official first case of the flu for the year. Doc says it's a sign for a bad year to come for the flu given it's only August. Thank you Good Sam and all who work so hard for all us sickies.

I was there for an out patient procedure for a family member .. after checking in and waiting the 20 min they inform us that they booked the wrong machine and we'd have to be rescheduled.... mind you this is after both my family member and I took time off from work...i could go back but he couldn't due to the nature of his work....... not sure why this wasn't caught sooner..

Went to the ER with a broken nose. I was fast tracked and triaged right away. Waited maybe 5 minutes before I was taken back to be seen. David treated me very well giving me my pain meds and trying not to laugh at the tampons shoved up my nose. CT scan, review, doc consultation I was in & out in 2 hours. That has to be a record. Not all ER visits is all waiting to be seen.

I came to Good Sam in pain from an abscess. From the moment I came up to reception until the time I left, I felt cared for and that I was in good, capable and empathic hands. I needed the abscess drained in the ER, and before I knew it, I was prepped and ready for sedation. Each step was explained thoroughly by the caregivers, and they made sure I understood the reason for what they were doing. The next thing I knew, I was waking up and the pain was gone. About an hour later, I was on my way home, feeling MUCH, MUCH better. ... read more
