The anesthesiologist they use is a crook and tries to bill for services insurance already paid for. We have been fighting this for almost 8 months now.
Nope, horrible to hearing impaired. Let me start with not even the lady taking temperatures was wearing mask. Check in support put masks on as we walked up. I explained how my husband is hearing impaired and none of them have clear masks do I was repeating so he could read my lips since we were on the other side of glass. Recommended2 years ago I was supposed to give birth at Madigan, however that same night my water broke Madigan was full and we got diverted. There were couple of options available to us. We chose this one because it was closer to our apartment not knowing what to expect. Insecure and a bit scared we walked into the emergency part of the building as we were unfamiliar with the hospital. they will leave you screaming in level 10 pain in the waiting room for hours while you pass the mother of all kidney stones and your pregnant wife watches. good sam had a google rating of 2.7 currently and it shows. I thought I was going to die in that waiting room. I blacked out twice from the pain and they only cared about my face mask. Unfortunately a far amount of health care works have failed as such and should really consider if they belong in said profession.

You should be ashamed of yourselves for kicking out a woman in your hospital that has two blood clots in her lungs and calling the cops on her because she was trying to get help. I will never come to your hospital when I am in your area again. You should be ashamed of yourselves and everybody involved should be FIRED!!! how dare you Treat anybody like that! Your staff should be ashamed of themselves
