Waiting times in the ER last three visits were 4-6 hours. Staff is helpful and friendly, but it's your basic, run of the mill, crowded, healthcare carousel. If you have an urgent emergency, be prepared to get in line and wait. A long time. Would not go back there after my last experience with my wife. Went to another local hospital and it was like night and day.

Up until last week I completely agreed with all the glowing reviews of this hospital and totally loved this hospital. Last week I was in the ER for around 7 hours. Everything was going great and all the staff were wonderful, as per usual, up until my discharge which took place after a shift change. The discharge doctor rushed in, stared at a computer screen, rattled off a bunch of technical terms, and when I tried to ask questions he acted genuinely irritated, rattled off more medical terms and rushed out.
