I am from Centralia Never been there you took vary good care of my daughter a few days ago via AMBULANCE and ER and SURGERY with my 3 year old grandbaby Thank you all.
Chi was very helpful in answering my questions and helping me to stay positive and calm. I was very anxious before my procedure and she helped reassure me I was in good hands! Much appreciated!
I got to the hospital for a same day procedure of an epidual shot and was there at 810 to 815. i had to wait till 845 to be admitted which put me late to my appt with Dr. Godbout. One of admitting team looked like she was getting ready to pack up for a break and the other was standing and talking at the front desk. When i finally got down there i was treated nicely after i explained why i was late for my 920 appt. My mom received the best care yesterday. She had a wonderful doctor and nurses. Thank you for keeping updated while she was having her scopes done.
My son was seen for a playground injury to his elbow at convenience care (not multi care affiliated). He continued to have pain and discomfort and something didn't seem right about his splint. Brought him in to ER, doc and nurses were amazing, fast, and provided him with a new proper splint for his injury and a proper fitting sling. Even gave him some Motrin for the pain. It was a big relief since we couldn't get an appt with orthopedic until Monday afternoon. Just wish I would have brought him there first. ❤️
We had the best patient service for my husband's operation yesterday. The staff patiently walked us through every step, going the extra mile in many cases by offering coffee/tea and calling from the OR to let me know how things were going. I was very impressed!
Waited in emergency while my wife was in excruciating pain from a gallstone and had to wait for hours to be seen. Even once we were back there she was only given temporary relief and had to wait a few more hours before she was given enough to even to start to manage the pain. Even more hours later she finally went into surgery. All the rooms we'd been in were dirty.
