Don't ever go to Laboratories Northwest on a Saturday !!!!! Horrible and slow service. What a waste of a entire Saturday morning !!!!!!!
Extremely frustrated at being TURNED AWAY an hour before closing time at Urgent Care! They cited high patient volume. Multicare has gone Way downhill in the last year or so. Meanwhile, I'm being told to take my sick daughter across the bridge, with no guarantees of being seen! Disgusting!
Had to wait a very long time to be seen! And the doctor gave me 3 minutes of his time! Came in for 2,reasons got help on one!
It was a long wait today, but we had the best above and beyond care, like always. Love the staff here
