It took over a month to get an approval to get my prescription refilled. I have been a patient for almost three years with the same medications. I talked to the refill center and office every other day with no results. This healthcare facility is failing its patients.
Every time I request any of my medicine refill sometime it takes 4- 5 days and I have to keep on calling or send lots of messeage, I'm dec 27 last year broke same ankel in 3 places, had surgery may 9th, left side full of arthritis all over my body, who like to take pain pills i sure dont but its the only way to relieve the pain or i all so have 12 picese of hardware in the ankel, im so sick of having to tell these people i dont even like taking them thdr tan gives me a hard time, to me they dont care,. If there less stars I would give them. Lazy, customer service is non existent. Don't go there if you actually get care. Shows 0 concern or understanding for veterans, cancer patients or their families. Oh, and you can't have any pain that you need help with because if you mention you have any pain and would like to find the issue so it can be solved, they tell you they don't do chronic pain management and treat you like you are looking for pain meds when you specifically say you don't want them, you want help figuring out wh... read more
Had an appt June 15 (over a month ago). Front office staff very unfriendly and asked me a bunch of personal questions that should not be asked in a room full of people. When I protested the girl said "These are Medicare Questions". I contacted Medicare after this appointment as I'd never been asked those kind of questions b4 by reception and they said they have no questions that are to be asked of a patient upon arrival.
