I have been here going on three hours with the top of my thumb sliced off. I'm an elementary school teacher and cut off the tip by using the cutting board in the work room…I was initially in shock-dizzy -and bleeding profusely and yet no one has even asked how I am ...I'm sitting here with the tip of my thumb in a cup… I have never had such poor customer service in my life .....I would not recommend coming here to anyone ! I SHOULD go to the ER but I've already been here this long. #furious
Checked in at 11:35 a.m. with legitmate problems due to Hodgkins Lymphoma. I was referred here by my oncologist in Florida, since I am out of state. The referral was for a prescription refill as they are a narcotic a physician has to write the prescription and hand it to you. Okay fine, whatever i must do. After 3 hours of nonsense i am still waiting.... For xrays... For why? Because i was referred here for a prescriprion refill. Ridiculousness.
Auburn urgent care. Rude doctors and staff. Very. Rey act as if everyone that goes in there is faking it.
I or my family will never go there again. Multi cares billing sucks. Missed diagnosed. A lot of stupid mistakes. Suggest u go some where else.
Aside from the long wait, i was treated excellent and the doctor and nurses were very kind as well as informative on my particular situation. Thank u ladies :-)
They are so nice! And quick! If people complain about waiting then maybe they shouldn't go at rush hour time!
