I had been seeing Dr. Robinson since Dr. Hawkins retired. I'm very happy with the care I received from her and their staff. My only problem with the place is that I injured my self at work and they wouldn't see me because it was a on the job injury. I'm finding out this is a pretty common practice. I feel let down from this experience and currently seeking a new family doctor.
This organization has some good doctors, but there has been some changes in this office that are not to my liking. When calling to make an appointment I get put on hold for twenty to thirty minutes. When calling to speak with my doctor's nurse, I also get put on hold for thirty minutes when someone finally picks up they send a message to the nurse and I have to wait for a call back. I've waited at this hospital for over 5 hours today in the waiting room without being seen. This is the 3rd time this has happened.
