I have had a storage unit for 4 years its the 14x40 they are nice and big. The issue is water and ice. The water drips right in front of the door and so if your opening the unit your getting wet. Also in the winter when melts happen you can get water on the floor of the unit and it forms ice. I have had half my unit with an inch of ice covering the floor.
