First, my appointment got moved to presbyterian hospital, when I requested Dr. Tujios at UTSW to perform my surgery, now the staff refused to replace the medication, that’s not covered by my insurance company, with the one that is, and refused to send prior authorization for a prescription, needing this for approval, so now even though, I pay a monthly premium for my insurance, to cover my expenses, now I have added out-of-pocket expense for medication‘s that are essentially covered! The drs are wonderful, however some of their nurses think they own the place.
Good place for digestive issues
Ok, my pcp sent a referral to this center for acute colitis diagnosis. The schedule called to schedule appointment. Why he tells me we don’t have any availability for this year. Why did u call me anyways? You knew u didn’t have appointments before u called me. Don’t take referrals if you know there are no available appointments.
