Absolutely impossible to set an appointment for a disabled individual that I am the legal guardian over. We had an issue and couldn't get into the patient portal for legal reasons and I explained to the staff that I could bring the court paperwork to the clinic so we could schedule the appointment. They kept saying we needed to upload them into the patient portal, which we cannot access and it needs to be reset, but they cannot do it without the court documents. This business is ran horribly, they seriously told me they can schedule an appointment with me in 2027 to be seen as a new patient. Entirely ridiculous and if you don’t want to see people then, CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS DOWN

I would give 0 stars if it would let me. I called back in April/May 2025 give or take to schedule a new patient GI appointment. I got scheduled for January 9th 2026 at the Frisco location. That’s around 8-9 months of waiting. Ok. Three weeks before my appointment I get a call they are canceling my appointment and that I shouldn’t have been scheduled there and need to schedule at the Dallas location due to my medical history of possible Crohn’s disease.
