I have never posted a negative review on Google or any site; however, my experience with this clinic and UTSW Medical Center as a whole compels me to do so. First, if I could I would give them 0 stars. After battling with a condition that has altered my quality of life for 3 years and undergoing several tests, I was referred to GI physicians who specialized in my specific condition - Neha Patel. Absolutely impossible to set an appointment for a disabled individual that I am the legal guardian over. We had an issue and couldn't get into the patient portal for legal reasons and I explained to the staff that I could bring the court paperwork to the clinic so we could schedule the appointment. They kept saying we needed to upload them into the patient portal, which we cannot access and it needs to be reset, but they cannot do it without the court documents. This business is ran horribly, they seriously told me they can schedule an appointment with me in 2027 to be seen as a new patient. Entirely ridiculous and if you don’t want to see people then, CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS DOWN
