Good place for digestive issues
Ok, my pcp sent a referral to this center for acute colitis diagnosis. The schedule called to schedule appointment. Why he tells me we don’t have any availability for this year. Why did u call me anyways? You knew u didn’t have appointments before u called me. Don’t take referrals if you know there are no available appointments.
The average person will wait a year for an appointment but find yourself a prominent, wealthy person in Dallas and if they call to get you an appt, you'll get in quickly. It's just how UTSW rolls. Also, pack your patience when calling the clinic. The receptionists appear to work from home -- you'll hear kids in the background and they are very distracted.
My Doctor has sent 2 referrals to the digestive diseases clinic on May 3, 2023 and the clinic (UTSW) said they have not received these 2 faxes. How can 2 faxes get lost??? I give my Doctor the fax numbers UTSW give me. Poor service
