MSI has little heart and less integrity. They continue to have employee turnovers because they do not treat their people very well. In as little as two years they lost three out of four of their building Superintendents and countless Building Maintenance Men. They rule with an iron fist. Pay raises are done with a yearly review. I would NEVER RECOMMEND having ANY TYPE OF RELATIONSHIP with MSI. The company’s satisfactory employees are ONLY THERE for the purpose of camouflaging the shameless and unscrupulous individuals at all levels—and is in everything they do. I have worked for Multi-Services for over 10 years and could not be happier with how I have been treated and taken care of. I started out washing trash cans and moved up from there throughout the years and am now a college educated manager within the company. When I started here I did not have a college education but thanks to the continuing education program here at MSI I was able to not only attend college in my off time but they paid for all the classes and books related to my work and encourged me to keep going. I have been employed by MSI for two years now. Unlike jobs i have had in the past this is a family owned, and because they are family owned i have advantages i wouldn't have with other companies. I'm a disabled vet, and because of that i have a multitude of doctors appointments. I have never been harassed or threatened for having to go to appointment. This is a great company to work for. I just recently found out that they even donate to the wounded warrior project!!! I cant name another family owned company that does that. ... read more
