I'm trying to reach the costumer service department and nobody is answering the phone. They stopped withdrawing money from my bank account and I don't know for what reason.
This is the worst company ever. They purposely increased people's home payments by changing tax payment due dates. Company is also suing an employee for leaving the company after being forced to make the changes. The owner of the company is a real piece of... (work). Suggest NEVER have anything to do with this company. If they service your mortgage, sell your house now before you get ripped off.
