Ive come to visit Sean twice now, first for siatica and the second for my shoulder and knee. Each time, he stuck right at the root causes of the injuries, worked his magic, and set me on the road to effective recovery. Chronic pain or injury can be one of those things that eats at you slowly over time, leaving you feeling like there’s no where to turn. Turn to Sean. He listens to your situation , he’s knowledgable, and most importantly, he gets you back to your best. I’m thankful for what he’s doing. Give yourself the relief... read more

Sean has been looking after my body's well being for several years as my personal trainer. He personalizes his workouts to my physical needs and closely monitors the impact. If he pushes too far, he quickly adjusts and uses his massage training to make things better. He concentrates on my goals of maintaining balance, core strength and agility. He even includes exercise to support my need for increased bone density. He does the research to truly create a training program tailored just for me.

I have been seeing Sean at multi dimensional bodywork’s for almost 2 years now, and I can’t recommend him enough. He is very skilled, knowledgeable, and knows how to work with my injuries. Every session leaves me feeling relaxed and pain free. I appreciate that he always educates me on what going on with my body, while giving suggestions on exercises to work on outside of the clinic.

I have a family history of knee problems and my knee started bothering me a few years ago and working with him actually pulled me right out of pain, which was also affecting my feet as well. Anytime there was any glimmer of pain, Sean made adjustments to my movement and it was fixed. Truly amazing. He is also one of the most knowledgeable experts on movement, physical therapy, body work/massage and intuitively can access where someone is at and meet them there w... read more

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently visited Sean at his newly opened massage studio for some work on my back after heavy weightlifting, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm, calming, and beautifully designed—perfect for unwinding the moment you walk in. Sean is incredible—attentive, skilled, and very in tune with the pressure I needed. Every knot and bit of tension melted away, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. It’s clear he truly cares about providing excellent service and an ov... read more
