We were referred to Multi by one of our sister hospitals 10+ years ago. We needed a part sent to us for early arrival the next day. Our system was down and we had cases at 9:00am the following day. Because we had missed the cutoff time for Multi to ship the part, Dan stated that he would drive the part to us that night. Our facility is an hour and a half away from their facility.
