I traveled 27 miles one way to look at a 2015 red Traverse. It had been sold...two days before. My salesman (Hainer) pulled up in a black Traverse. It looked nice...and it sure was nice. I got a better deal, more features, and a new 2016 Traverse for less than $16 a month than I would have paid on the 2015. Oh..and that includes the running boards... installed. Multi Chevy treated me with a professional and yet a personal experience. Marc D.
I went in for service and it was great, they did oil, tire rotation, full check up and a wash. Didn't take nearly as long as I've waited in other places. Thank you Bino and the service team.

Bino was great. However we didn't receive a phone call that the Equinox was ready and he insisted he called. When we got to the service department we found my cell # was there, but a wrong # was listed as primary, old mailing address and old email address. I don't fault Bino, but someone should update contact info at least yearly. We have bought a dozen vehicles from Multi and have been a repeat customer of 20+ years.
Multi Cheverolet is the ONLY dealer, I'll take my vehicle for service. From start to finish you are treated like Chevy Royalty. Don't get me wrong, every service professional that I've encountered has been wonderful, however Bino is my all time favorite. His professionalism is indescribable. He is courteous and always takes time to look you in your eyes and smile. Great job to all of the staff at Multi Chevrolet
