Dr. Barrett was a gift! The entire experience was better then I've ever experienced in a medical practice. From registration to X ray to exam and treatment I was in and out in not time. Better still I am pain free!
I called for an appointment with Dr. Vasquez and the receptionist that took my call on December 14th 2016 was very unprofessional. She asked if I had an exray, I replied no and then my call was transferred back to the main call in line with no explanation. I called back and I got the receptionist voice mail. Very bad customer relation to put on the front line of your business. I 100% agree with Linda Aharon. If I was allowed to put less than one star I would.
One of the worst secretaries you can deal with. Before I finished my question she transferred me to a different line then I called her back and she hungup then I call back again asked her what's her name and she hungup. If that's the way that they treat patients before they become a patients I don't think I trust them and that's very rude
