I've now bought two machines at the Mesa store. The staff is so knowledgeable about the machines and willing to help. I love that they offer so many classes that teach you how to use the machines and software. It adds such value to your purchase.
I love this store & the emp. that work there, wish I could be there more, but only get to Mesa once a year, see you in the spring
I shop at the Glendale Store and I would like to tell everyone of the fine and friendly service there. I have never felt so welcome anywhere. The prices and classes and variety of fabrics and notions are great.
