No offer of help. I asked where the batiks were and the lady said, “ Row 10 or maybe 8.” Couldn’t be bothered to show me. I won’t be back.
Worst customer service I've ever had. Took my machine in for clean up and that took a month and a half. 2 weeks later I noticed my work order had the wrong phone number on it. I called in to check on it and fix the number. She took note but it didn't make it to the work order. Their mantra is Don't call me I'll call you. Tuff to do when you Don't have the right number. I could have had my machine sooner without the attitude and rude hangups.
This is a favorite place. I always find what I am looking for.
I absolutely love this store. EVERYBODY there is sooo ver kind and friendly and helpful. My local go to shop, close to home too.
