I arrived for my appointment May 13 only to find a note on the door saying all appointments had been canceled. Apparently, they closed April 30 and didn’t have the courtesy to inform patients personally. I submitted a request for records WEEKS ago and have called and left 4 messages to get information about how to pay the fee and get the records. I have yet to get a call back! It seems it matters not to them, but this is a disgraceful way for doctors to treat patients.
Sadly, Hurricane Michael has caused Mullis Eye Institute to close its doors. We will miss each and every one of you.
