Great overall experience, very friendly staff and our sales associate Julio was amazing. Well.... I am here to revise my statement. When we got the mustang, the windows were scratched. (After they washed it) It took 6 months for them to replace them and me calling multiple times and them not reaching out. Its an 1.5 hour drive for us and we went to replace to 2 windows. Tonia Stewart at Mullinax was excellent! She answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make our Ford Explorer purchase seamless. When one of the headrests wouldn't come up, she sent a loaner car and a driver (Jeff Barnes, who was incredibly kind and courteous) 2.5 hours one way and back to ensure our car was perfect!
