Found the Best Ford Repair Center World Class Ford Truck Service and Repair Center-No More waiting on the Ford Service Department for help. I am going to Mullinax Lincoln where I am treated like a King, my Truck is taken care of by Factory Trained Technicians and I don't have to wait forever and a day for an appointment. Steve By Steve from Cleveland, Tn. 37312 | February 2014 Only the" best" to describe another purchase of a Lincoln product from Mullinax. All sales staff were helpful (not competitive); finance was informative with all that "truth in lending" stuff; and we even got to meet the owner.
RecommendedI would highly recommend Mullinax Lincoln. Everyone there was great! They made the process very easy. Eddie helped me pick out my new ride he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle also very patient with me as I picked out the vehicle I wanted. If you are looking for a vehicle this is the place to go. Very friendly and family owned.

The customer service experience is go great here this time I traveled all the way 4hrs to Cleveland TN from my home in Duncan SC to purchase from Mullinax. We were quoted $700 for a repair at Cleveland Ford. We, then, took our car to Mullinax Lincoln, and they did the same repair for $153. Thankful for honest service! The next time we buy a car, we know where we will be heading!

I had a very pleasant interaction with the service department when scheduling and stopping by for an oil change. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely hospitable. The service shop is clean, organized and the customer lounge is first rate! Following the appointment at the checkout desk, I was given a comprehensive report on my vehicle and what maintenance checks to note in the future.
