Christmas Day, 2022. Called the night before to get a drain cleaning —“we’ll be there tomorrow on Christmas Day after 3:00 and we’ll have two men to do a roof clean out”. At 4:35 I called, Brittany says they’re coming! Two seconds later they call back and say Nope, I just let my guys leave, cannot do roof (which is the only way it can be done at our house, no yard clean out option).
