We had a great experience at Muller's Woodfield. The staff took visible measures to keep everyone safe during this time of social distancing. Glad to once again be apart of the Honda/Acura family.
Lance was great to work with. Answered all my questions with the right amount of detail and promptness. He went above and beyond to deliver the car despite the dealership being closed due to covid-19 pandemic. Muller Acura is a great dealership. I’ve bought three cars from them and my family friends have as well.

Didn't Buy (Yet) but Had a Good Experience Worked with German Perales who helped to put together a very good deal but at the last minute, I couldn't pull the trigger due to concerns about the economic impact of COVID-19. German was very gracious about what had to be a disappointing turn of events for him and the dealership. I fully intend to revisit my purchase of an RDX when things stabilize.
Happy with the experience Buying a new car can be a stressful experience, but working with Barb was the best experience we had with an Acura sells person in our recent search for a new car. She was the most honest and straight forward person to work with, with the least bs to listen to….Therefore we bought the car with her, and we would really recommend her to anyone looking to buy Acura. Highly reccomended Without a doubt, this has been the best experience I've had with a dealership. Not only was Lance always willing to help us out, but he made us feel like we were honored customers, and always checked in no matter what to make sure everything was okay. His communication and people skills were greatly appreciated, and I personally will highly reccomend him to anyone who asks about a dealership.

A Seamless Experience, Highly Recommended From the time we first walked in, to the time we took delivery of our 2020 Acura RDX, the experience was outstanding.
