General Manager Chris Eugenis has no word of honor. Got a 'verbal' agreement from the General Manager himself on the price they're willing to give. Next day I came back to finalize the sale, He suddenly 'forgot' the other term included behind the number he gave. If they're not willing to give the agreed upon price, why cant they just tell the customer that it's not possible and have to result to this "maybe the costumer would not notice if we put in these extra numbers on the total price" . Great experience - HIGHLY Recommend! I met Lance the first time I came in. I didn't know much about Acura, and was just starting my search for a new vehicle. Lance was VERY friendly and extremely informative in regards to models and which models had what features, differences between packages, etc. Anything I asked Lance, he knew! I was very impressed. Return customer We purchased our first Acura from this dealership 7 years ago. And when we decided to replace it, we naturally decided to return to Mullers. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Sebastian walked us through all the electronic components of our new RDX (of which there are many) and made sure that all our questions were answered before he let us drive away.
