Ana, I understand your experience with our service department was not what you have expected and our process was different than what it was before but our staff was following our new safety policy where all customers must have face covering when they enter our facility and this is also required by City of Highland Park. We have this strict policy in place to keep our employees and customers safe during this pandemic.
Good people , sales and service
service was good nice salesman but they only issue is that when I purchase a 2012 wrx they didnt change air filter was super dirty good thing i look and they claim to do oil change on the car but I check it was super dirty. coolant was super low. tire pressure light on they didnt put air in it. It seem like the mechanic didnt know what they was doing. disappointed. other than that the dealer is pretty kool.
Excellent Professional service! It is always a pleasure going there. There is a comfortable waiting room, the service department is very good at keeping you appraised on your car and everyone is friendly.
I was extremely displeased with the service I received at Subaru. I just purchased a Crosstrack less than a year ago. After a short amount of time the leather seats began to deform. I brought the car in and had the seats fixed. After they were “fixed” their condition quickly worded even worse than before. I spoke to a Subaru employee who took pictures of the deformed seats and told me he would contact me in a couple days.
