Worst customer service. Worst work ethic all around. They don’t do their job and when you call to ask they give you attitude and hang up on you or put you in a never ending cycle of holds. Calling to speak to the Dr. or manager goes unanswered. They Level of un professionalism is insane. Save yourself the headache. Do not bother with them. The whole office is a cluster.
Worst receptionist ever super rude. They don’t return calls or listen to messages. Never can get appointment at a time you need. Changing doctors.
This office has the worst Doctors My Family has EVER been too. 1 hour wait and did not do their due diligence as PA and had the nerve to tell us to go get a 2nd opinion..
The front office girls that work there and the nurses are wonderful polite and go out of there way to help. On the other hand I asked for Dr Muller and get dr pippin. my 52 year old son has learning disabilities. He has scoliosis and is in bad pain. His back is totally crocked cant tie shoes. Takes3 to 4 Tramadols a day has for 7 years. zToday he told him no more so hes going to have withdrawels. He never even looked at Dales back. Hes sending him to pain management.
