Customer service is absolute garbage. From the start, they did not take me as a potential buyer seriously. They tried pushing me around and talking about prices of the car before I had even sat in the drivers seat. I decided to ultimately buy the car from them despite this. The car had a bit of cosmetic damage here and there and they had agreed to fix everything for me free of charge, while also providing a loaner at the same time which is the only reason that I’m giving them a 2/5 rather than a 1/5. Bought my car here. Great service. I had to reach out after the purchase and got immediate responses. Would definitely recommend.
I had seen a Honda crv online so I went to the dealership to look at the car and potentially purchase it. They stated it was still being looked at, but had the courtesy to still show me the vehicle and a few others. A sales rep took down my information to contact me as soon as the crv was ready.
