Jim C took care of us from the moment I called over the phone about a car I was interested in. There was no bs everything was straight to the point factual and clear. Jim never pressured us to come in or buy he gave me space and time which I really appreciated. Jim is a great human being.
Really bad sales experience, couldn’t go see them because of work. Once I was going to go they said they will not negotiate with me and I will get kicked out.
I would 100% recommend purchasing a car here! Howard and the entire team were so kind, helpful, and transparent, and the process was quick and stress free. As soon as I went in, I was greeted and treated with respect from everyone. I feared going here and it being a hassle, that was not the case. When it came to my trade in and financing, I was given fair numbers. Very happy with my experience here. I had the pleasure of working with Mike, he showed me the car even if I didn’t drive manual. When it came to finalizing everything, he showed and taught me to drive stick. I recommend going here for a hassle free experience!
I went last night and phil helped me out, I bought a jeep I saw online for a great price! Not only was phil a great guy but the whole staff was! Got me in and got me out with no hassle! Its always hard finding a decent place to buy a car but, If you are looking for a decent place to buy a car or decent salesman, stop and visit muller honda!
