Not sure of what to think. I purchased a water heater with a different company 3 years ago that company didn’t honor their warranty & the water heater keeps having major issues. The above is NOT Mullenberg’s fault. So I called Mullenberg to get an idea if they even want to try fixing it or just install a new one. 100% Recommend! Mullenberg has been with us through general plumbing fixes, remodels, and late after hours calls. They complete quality work and are incredibly easy to communicate with. Shout out to Kris who mans the phones- she’s always so nice and takes the time to answer any questions.

Called for an estimate of work. Was told they were short staffed and overbooked. It is Feb 23rd and I was notified it wouldn't be until July they could be out to assess my issue.
