This is the worst finance company ever they wanna repo your car at 10 days they harass you then they transfer you to the so called manager named Jaime that is very unprofessional…tries to give you classes on how to make your car payment .. him and his collectors are the ones that need the classes
This company is completely unprofessional. I have worked with several individuals from their office and each one is unprofessional and rude. I would try to avoid this company by all cost! There is no effort at all to try to work with you.
This company is a POS they need to train there collectors and specially there supervisor Frank does not now how to talk to people all he knows how to say is repo he’s a joke as a supervisor
