Salesman made false claims about adding seat heaters to a vehicle as a condition of purchase. I was told they would be a factory install, so I purchased the feature as a factory build on the car. Come to find out, the seat heaters were aftermarket and not at all as described during the sale. As such, installation of the heaters was not desired since it was not as described during the sales process.
