In 3-4 times of visit with prior set appointment never met the Doctor and attended by his assistants. 1-2 times is understandable, 3-4 consecutive times is unreasonable. In addition received a letter after a few months that due to a cyberattack confidential patient data was compromised. Independent practices are dying down - probably for a reason. To run a practice successfully, one cannot just be a doctor, but also a good manager and administrator.
My issues of cardiovascular problems was addressed right away, with thorough testing and thensome..was set up with transportation, was sent to holy name which the nurses was so friendly...I am greatful to have gone...but staff is must say is not up to the doctors stature...needs attitude adjustment and more compassionate handling of patients..
