Steve, the service representative, arrived on time. He is always friendly and makes every effort to go “way beyond” to do a complete and helpful service call. He went out of the way to help me understand what he was doing and to make sure our home is properly protected.
Trouble light was on on keypad. I was still able to activate the system. Steve came out twice and replaced battery on the guest room window. That did not solve the problem. He finally determined the sensor was cracked and replaced it. trouble light is no longer on. He tested the entire system. It was all working now with no errors. Thank you for his persistence in solving the problem.
We have been a customer of Mulhaupts 9 years and the quality of service they provide is top shelf and second to none. We have in house video recording and monitored burglar and fire systems. Seldom have a service call, but always prompt and responsive when needed.
