Horrible company. Bad service. My business had over 6 false alarms and Mulhupts never called me before sending the police. This resulted in fines close to 1,000 dollars. I tried to cancel the service but Donna could not be bothered to call me back. After several attempts I finally gave up and employed the services of another company. Nelson alarm has worked out beautifully.

Mulhaupts has swallowed all of the independents companies through the years. They still have a tech that is great from the company I worked with before. When I was having issues with my system, first reached out for service. I have an older system, so Mulhaupts suggested an upgrade and a visit from a sales person. I scheduled an appointment with Tyler. Tyler never showed. I tried again. Tyler showed for his second appointment, but was unqualified, unable to remember basic functionality about the system.
