Have a friend who's been trying to get an urgent doctor's note for serious mental health reasons related to school. This guy does NOT care in the slightest about anyone. Takes months off of work without warning, just for vacation! He's not helping anyone. He just spits out meds and hopes something will stick. Disgusting. There should be charges for medical negligence soon.
No reminder -no follow up- had a meeting after almost one year waiting and I had difficulty with their platform which they never reached out before to check if I got in or not!!!!!!! So my daughter just lost her virtual session after waiting so long because there is no follow up or assistance from his office to make sure you have no difficulties or questions about your appointment!!!!!!!!! So disappointed poor in anything service, communication and timing!!!!
This is an updated review (previous review was low) Since they have switched to in person, things are getting better. Dr. Mulera runs behind sometimes, but he is serving quite a lot of people in a large area so I understand he is busy. The staff can be stand offish at times, but again I see some of the stuff they deal with, and it's not easy. Be patient and kind patients and you may see a difference. Thank you Suzanne, Karla and all the ladies for all you do.
