No reminder -no follow up- had a meeting after almost one year waiting and I had difficulty with their platform which they never reached out before to check if I got in or not!!!!!!! So my daughter just lost her virtual session after waiting so long because there is no follow up or assistance from his office to make sure you have no difficulties or questions about your appointment!!!!!!!!! So disappointed poor in anything service, communication and timing!!!!
This is an updated review (previous review was low) Since they have switched to in person, things are getting better. Dr. Mulera runs behind sometimes, but he is serving quite a lot of people in a large area so I understand he is busy. The staff can be stand offish at times, but again I see some of the stuff they deal with, and it's not easy. Be patient and kind patients and you may see a difference. Thank you Suzanne, Karla and all the ladies for all you do.

Dr Mulera himself is wonderful. It's the Admin staff that I'm having an issue with. At times I've been met with rudeness, but now I'm calling to get an appointment so my son can get his ADHD medication, which runs out in 24 days. I'm being told that the doctor no longer does phone call appointments (someone should have reached out to tell patients) and that I have until the 28th over the holidays to bring him in for a "physical" in hopes that he can get a prescription before his meds run out, otherwise I am waiting until Mar... read more
