The office runs like clockwork; and staff is courteous & caring. Best dentist ever!
Thank you for getting me in this week. I know you have a very busy practice. I appreciate my hygenist working with me on the proper technique for flossing. I got in quickly and the service was excellent. Suggestion- Everyone should wear large name tags. I think its important that as a patient I can easily see someone's name.

I happened to over hear an interaction between the staff and a Hispanic client who was trying to understand an insurance payment. His English was limited but he was not treated with much patience or attempts to communicate. It was very upsetting to me. I have not had a very "warm" reception from the desk staff either but at least I can navigate billing, etc. without their assistance. Thanks for this opportunity to express my feelings.
