I've been a patient at VanderLugt and Mulder Dental for over 5 years now, and I have been consistently impressed with my overall experience as a patient. I've never waited more than 5-10 minutes for a scheduled appointment. Service is efficient and thorough from beginning to end. The modern, well kept office greets your arrival. The office staff is friendly and make you feel right at home. The dental hygienist, Jennifer, was very friendly, courteous, professional, and kind. The exams rooms are clean, bright and cheery with comfortable exam chairs. Doctor VanderLugt is friendly and kind He and his staff use up-to-date equipment and procedures to make your experience as painless as possible.
The office staff is always friendly and the office is always well kept as well as the individual patient rooms. They explain everything clearly and answer all questions. I never feel rushed.
I feel very comfortable with this office and know that they are looking out for my best interests. Very friendly staff and you feel welcomed the moment you are greeted by the receptionist. Extremely efficient and thorough.
