Places are dirty, awful neighbors and cockroach infestation – The management here is awful and extremely rude. The maintenance man doesn't fix anything when he does show up and it is usually 3-4 weeks (if ever) after you ask them to fix anything. You usually have to continue to call. These apartments are filled with mold and have a VERY bad cockroach problems (ask the neighbors, it is a problem in way more than 1 of the buildings).
