We love living here. its nice and Quiet. Everyone is so nice. Vicki is a good manager
Management is horrid!! The apartments are very nice, I like living here, got a pool (big pool!), clubhouse, laundry downstairs, I like it. But the management is really bad. My wife was off work and we couldnt pay rent for a month, we talked to mgmt and they would NOT work with us, they said either have the rent or MOVE OUT! NO payments, nothing. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!!!! We have been having consumers power issues for over 4 months.....they are charging us 400 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment....The office is no help at all with any issues, since consumers energy said it was there fault, and Mulberry says its consumers energys fault...I know it is not my fault when everyone on our floor pays less then 50 dollars a month and the highest bill I have ever had was at Hedgewood Dr and that was around 172 dollars. I think mullberry lane apartments are nice, not great. But what can you expect, its Midland. I only wish we didnt have to pay so much for our animals to live with us.
We are moving in to Mulberry Arms in a few weeks and are really excited. After scouring the Midland area it was the only apartment complex we felt comfortable in that wouldnt cost us \$1000 a month. Everyone we spoke to seemed really nice and the units were undergoing renovations while we were checking them out. It looks like all the problems with "smelly stairways" and "water damage" have been gutted out and are being replaced. Like I said though, we havent actually moved in yet so I may be writing anew review soon!
it is very sad to say that place is terrible, with insects staying with you in the same apartment, maintainance is really bad, things are broken. feels as if u are inviting depression to come stay with you. really bad experience, AC and heater is so loud which makes it hard to sleep at night.
This is not a very bad place to live for just for one term,after that nobody cares for you and it is very difficult to renew your lease. Every time you go to the office for something youwill be out of there sad and upset.If u deal with Vicky(manager)get everything in writing,otherwise she will denai it next time whrn u see her.Maintainance is ok.
Very frustrating experience stay in Mulberry lane apartments, there is no hygine, people are rude, no idea what maintaince is!!! u keep calling but no one will come to repair things.Sliding Windows will hardly open, will see spiders walking around on the carpet and in the cabinets, water leakage in the kitchen
Unfortunately, we had to stay in this apartment, doorways smells filthy, staircase are very dirty, waterleakage are untreated, cabinets smells filthy. leasing office is of no help. very very shaby apartments, please dont think to move in this apartment
