RecommendedMy family needed some help with something unrelated to being a guest of the hotel, and John (front desk) really came through. He even called his wife for additional assistance on a Sunday. He made our day. Thanks again, John! Your service is impeccable.
Recommended if u want close to base. we stated in the C building, we wanted a kitchenite. no vents for stove top. area is OLD need much updating. our bathroom tub was black, the tile floors and carpet were nasty. the pool floor bottom was yellow and slimy looking. I glad my main goal was to see my soilder. the breakfast was very basic.

They must have changed the front desk staff. We are frequent visitors here and are usually greeted cordially. The latest visit was different. Front desk staff waited for you to speak first and did not welcome us. When we were in and out the next day, the clerk was sitting in the back and didn't speak even though we greeted her. What's going on?
They have bed bugs and I was not refunded my money even though I have documentation from the ER visit I would never come back... rooms smell old and are out dated...
