Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
