I was really disappointed with my visit yesterday: Number 1, was that as a patient, I had never been notified that Dr Kemp was no longer the treating dentist at this practice. Even the card sent right after first of year, did not relay this info, staff when making appointments never relayed a change was imminent or that it had occurred. Very unprofessional! Number 2, I arrived 15 min early prepared to follow their Covid protocols of waiting in car. My appointment was for 15:30, I was taken back almost an hour past my appoint... read more
