I lived here for 6 months when they first opened! Best decision I made was to move! The building was beautiful at first, then here comes supportive housing tenants with serious drug addiction problems and no social workers to help keep them on track! Children roaming the building tearing up common area's, they even managed to cut cords on gym machines!

I have never live there. But 4 almost 2 year s i have visit there . my friend live there. Wish she never did. Me few lady s. That live there try yell her stay. The key is paid ur Rent Mind ur Busy. Make it ur home be Happy. I love it there ok. So pls pls try be happy in ur home. Maybe will be no better luck than where u live now. Be 😊 Thank Glory God U So Blessing Have. Place live. All moved in. With the exception of the electric stove top I love it. The electric oven works pretty well. The neighborhood is still in transition but I'm from Baltimore so that doesn't bother me that much. The construction can be kind of annoying but that's part of living downtown. If you don't have a car this location is perfect! I have access to the light rail, subway, and all major bus lines. I also have access to several markets and just about any kind of restaurant cuisine I can dream of #foodieheaven. The smells can b... read more

Very poor property management! Individuals in & out of the building who do not live At the property. Children running around the building knocking on doors. Loud neighbors, unsafe building even with the key fobs. I’ve Witnessed drug transactions happen within the building.
