The lady that tested my eye pressed too hard on the eye itself when checking the pressure and made it where I couldn't open my eye. She did a better job on left eye after several attempts and from realizing she pressed on my eye too hard. Also, I don't know what they did with the numbing. I gave them a call 4/18 asking them how long the numbing is suppose to last and they said 15-20 minutes. I looked online and it says 4-24 hours or more. My eye sight is worst. The lady on phone argued.
He damaged my eyes.

If patient has any gripe they always come in and I don't hesitate to resolve the problem or seek a second or third opinion by another doctor in the field. After all we are not superhuman.
