Extremely happy with Jose his work is beautiful, his workers are so quiet and clean up after them self so nicely. Fairly priced as well, definitely will be using his crew again for my upcoming projects! He did all my insulation/sheetrock in my garage. The spackling looks great and smooth! Just like what I asked for, paint ready!
I really hate leaving bad reviews on local small businesses but we really just weren't happy with the work done. The seams look awful, you can see they weren't taped & mudded correctly. We had to redo a lot ourselves, and you can see there were holes ?? left in our drywall. Ulisses said he would come back by himself & fix a few things, but that really just felt like a "we're done with the job, you get what you get" response, and also it didn't happen. Good Luck With this guy. Seems really nice but cannot keep a schedule. he has now twice missed his appointment first for the quote. by hours. and once the job was scheduled failed to show up. he wanted to be paid half days before he started work in cash or zelle with no contract or paperwork. Expecting just blind trust that he will show up. Having said that i don't believe he is a scammer just a really bad business man unfortunately
Jose and his team did an excellent job on a laundry list of tasks for our outdoor shed -- including insulation, drywall, interior window/door trim and interior/exterior paint. He was responsive and respectful on site and completed the job as originally quoted in both time and cost.
We hired Jose & son to refinish flooring in a rental house. He then turned around & hired someone else to do the job. We paid him in full for the job when it was finished. Unfortunately, he never paid the husband & wife team that actually done the work. I don't typically leave bad reviews for anyone, but this is unacceptable.
