frustrating experience. I scheduled a tour online and received confirmation, but when I arrived, they said there was no appointment and blamed it on AI. I wasted my time coming here. The online booking system should not confirm appointments if they are not actually scheduled.
Maintenance is wonderful! whenever there’s a problem, it’s less than a day that they get the job done! always very nice, and eager to help. I love being here. It’s quiet, and the leasing office help is good, Especially Cameron, he goes beyond his pay rate to always help you! Hiring him in the front office is the best thing that happened to Muirlands?. I have been living in Muirlands for a year, and it is a quiet and pleasant place.
Don’t live here yet but impressed. I tired to apply but no availability... nor surprised bc this low price for a beautiful location. 🤷 Also staff were very helpful like the long haired boy. Gives me good vibes vs my current place lol. +1 we need more affordable housing in San Ramon!!
