My family has been a long term tenant at Muirlands apts, as the buildings age thing progressively getting older and more breakdowns like the elevators which is critical for disabled residents. It takes a long time to fix them. They need to proactively have a routine maintenance plan so that this kinds of things donot happen. 2 weeks is too long to fix a critical element of the building.
Great place for family. And their maintenance is so quick, also emergency response is super express even holiday.
The shower in the ADA unit needs attention. The shower insert and flooring are over 20 years old. Time for an update please. Steppless entry and proper drainage is key. Please help.
