1 star for effort. 2 stars for the staff members who I like. The program is understaffed in my opinion, the staff seems stressed and like they can’t manage the group size. I was called manipulative, harsh and rude by my therapist whilst in a distressed state where I couldn’t communicate properly. The same therapist cussed patients out in an intense situation rather than remaining calm and civil.
