Great team! I received the best care ever and forever grateful for the wonderful experience.
Excellent care received! Dr Karas is an expert in his field, has an amazing bedside manner, and the instructions are top notch ( the videos are brilliant)! I would highly recommend him from a patient perspective, as well as from a nursing perspective. I have high expectations as a nurse and he and the office have checked every box. I will continue to refer patients to this office!!
Well! I am a chicken when it comes to dental work. Dr. Karas does not cut corners. This surgeon is very professional, clean office and staff is friendly. I am happy my dentist referred me for tooth extraction and dental implant.
I was disappointed to hear less that 24-hours before my procedure that a portion of my treatment plan would not be covered by insurance, and I would have to pay over $1,000 out of pocket to proceed as planned. Then I was angered to learn that my out of pocket amount was over $500 more than Muir Oral was willing to accept from insurance, because they would not honor the Delta adjustment amount if I paid.
