The staff and Maintenance team is GREAT. Any issues that I have brought forward have been addressed in a timely and professional matter. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Awesome JOB!!!
I cannot say enough good things about this place and the staff! I brought my clients here to tour a 1 and 2 bedrooms. The leasing agent Jhoana Jackson greeted us and took us on an amazing tour. She was super friendly, knowledgeable of the property and made it extremely easy for my clients to decide as she was needing to move in within a couple of weeks. The grounds are so natural. The apartments are nice and maintenance is quite good, but I moved here for the view.
While Muir lake is a beautiful property Roscoe property management refuses to keep the pool area and spa clean. Despite repeated requests they never clean the area. It has been like this since they took over the property. All you need to do is look at the pictures to see how gross the amenities are. Today we found broken glass next to the pool. It is like you need safety equipment on to enter the pool and spa. Please get it together!
Amenities are not always available. Something is always “closed for maintenance”. Not kept clean and in working order. We have lived here over 2 years.
