Always a great customer experience here at Mugs. Oliver and his staff have been Rockin it out here on Park Road for years. This is THE local spot for your morning coffee and much more. Light food and breakfast options as well as well as Regional Beer selections.

MUGS Coffee is one of my favorite places in Charlotte, and the cheerful, friendly, helpful staff is a big part of that. The drinks are fantastic and consistently well made. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad experience here. Will definitely keep coming back and recommending.
I would go out of my way to go to Mugs rather than a chain coffee store. The beverages are great. The baristas are so nice. And the owner, Oliver, is very conscientious about using local sourcing and recyclable plastic cups. I give Mugs ☕☕☕☕☕💜
