Dr. Lee is great- she takes her time and never makes me feel rushed. She has been a great support to our family for many years.
Dr. Lee is great. Compassionate, understanding and listens well. Her staff… hmmm. They are the reason I keep contemplating finding g a new doctor. Dr. Lee changed my prescription and said staff would call it in. 3.5 weeks later and 5 messages (Prescription person will never call you back), I got the prescription. Extremely frustrating and this has happened several times although 3.5 weeks is a record. Its a shame because she is a great doctor…

I love Dr Lee. Her new staff, not so much. I have been coming to this office for probably about 15 years. She’s a great doctor, but lately new staff has made dealing with the office needlessly frustrating. I just returned a missed call about my lab results and when I called to get them I had to do way too much explaining that I am a patient of this office and you do have my labs. Dr. Lee is an awesome provider,- HOWEVER…the front desk staff are very lacking. Around May,-I called and left multiple messages that I needed to book an appt leaving reasons why. Several weeks later haven’t heard from them so I called again- same issue. I gave it one more try (now mid August) and finally spoke to someone and was able to book an appt.
