I’ve waited for over 5 weeks for my script to be sent in. Instead of taking care of the problem Dr Lee “broke up with me” because i dared to call once a week and ask where are my pain meds? How dare I not want to be in excruciating pain! Please do yourself a favor and look for a clinic with glowing reviews for the doctor AND staff.
My wife visited Dr. Lee last week for a common cold and was prescribed some medication, but it didn’t help much. Dr. Lee was kind and professional, as always — we’ve been seeing her for nearly 10 years and truly appreciate her care. However, the communication with her staff has been very frustrating. Dr. Lee is great- she takes her time and never makes me feel rushed. She has been a great support to our family for many years.
Dr. Lee is great. Compassionate, understanding and listens well. Her staff… hmmm. They are the reason I keep contemplating finding g a new doctor. Dr. Lee changed my prescription and said staff would call it in. 3.5 weeks later and 5 messages (Prescription person will never call you back), I got the prescription. Extremely frustrating and this has happened several times although 3.5 weeks is a record. Its a shame because she is a great doctor…
